Welcome to Jones County Junior College Bobcat Football
Jones County Junior College has a storied football tradition. Football began in 1929 at JCJC and has fielded a team every year since then, except for 1943, when the state suspended athletics for one year because of World War II.
The Bobcats have been state champions or co-champions 13 teams and have participated in ten bowl games. JCJC plays its home games at Bobcat Stadium/Sim Cooley Field, which seats 5,500 fans. The current stadium was dedicated in 2003.
